Recently, Chef Joe Gatto of From Scratch, joined our chefs-in-training to teach them the fine art of making savory crepes. “When you’re cooking from scratch, it’s more than just the ingredients — it’s you, you’re passing something down. That’s the definition of food to me,” says Chef Joe. “It gives you an advantage in the kitchen because you know what goes into everything.” This professional guidance inspires our trainees as they deepen their culinary understanding.
