Cecil: An Artistic Soul

Cecil, a talented artist and former Marine, became homeless when he lost his job and his sister asked him to move. “I was homeless for two and a half years. Being in a shelter wasn’t easy, but I’m glad I ended up there. Sometimes, people just need help to get on their feet again.”
